Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love your WildBird gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
